Please submit with the following:

1. A minimum of three (3) and not more than five (5) original works of the same medium.
2. A current resume and/or biography about your art including a list of awards and special recognition.  
3. Any publication and/or press releases you feel would assist in the review process.  
4. Current exhibit venues.
